HP OFFICEJET 250 DOUBLE-SIDED PRINTING

HP OfficeJet 250 is a three-in-one printer that is primarily designed for home use. Its color accuracy and print speed are excellent. As said in the introduction, this multi-functional, thermal inkjet printer supports manual duplex printing. So, after printing the first page of the document, you have to reload the paper back into the tray manually to print the second page of the document. 

PRINTING TWO SIDES OF THE PAGE 

Preparations :

Before beginning HP OfficeJet 250 double-sided printing, ensure the following:

  • The HP OfficeJet 250 printer is turned on and ready for print operation.
  • The necessary printer drivers are installed on your computer.
  • The recommended paper type is loaded into the input tray of your printer.
  • The HP printer and your Windows or Mac computer are connected to the same network.

For Windows

  • Open the application that supports the Print operation on your computer.
  • Select and open the document that you want to print from the opened application.
  • Now, click the File menu and select the Print option to open the Print dialog box. Alternatively, press the Ctrl and P buttons at the same time on your computer’s keyboard to open the Print dialog box.
  • Check to ensure that your HP printer is selected. 
  • In the Print dialog box, click the Layout tab.
  • Now, from the Print on Both Sides, Two-sided printing, or Duplex printing drop-down menu, select the Flip on Long Edge or Flip on Short Edge option.
  • Configure the other print settings as per your preferences. 
  • Finally, click the OK button.
  • Now, your printer will start to print the first page of the document.
  • Once it is printed, remove and reload the paper back into the input tray of your printer. This time, load the paper with its blank side facing down in the tray. 
  • On your computer screen, click Continue to print the second page of the document. 
  • Similarly, print all the pages of your document.

For Mac

  • On your Mac computer, open the document that you want to print.
  • Click File > Print.
  • From the pop-up menu of your Print dialog box, select the Paper Handling option.
  • Set the Pages to Print option to Odd Only and click Print.
  • Follow the rest of the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the HP OfficeJet 250 double-sided printing.
