HOW TO CONNECT HP OFFICEJET 250 TO IPHONE

HP OfficeJet 250 is an All-in-One Mobile Inkjet printer that offers printing, scanning, and copying features. This printer prints with a resolution of up to 4800 X 1200 dpi and works at a speed of 10 ppm in black and seven ppm in color. It has an optical resolution of 600 dpi to generate sharp images from your scans. You can complete your printer’s hardware and software setup by following the below instructions.

UNBOXING AND SETUP:

Contents inside the box:

  • HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile printer
  • Ink Cartridges
  • Software CD
  • Setup Poster
  • Power Cord

Ensure that all the contents are inside the box.

Hardware Setup:

  • Open the package and remove the printer from the box.
  • Discard the protective tapes and packing materials around the printer.
  • Lift the top cover and discard the protective tapes.
  • Now, open the ink cartridge access door and remove the plastic tapes and packing materials.
  • Close the ink cartridge door.
  • Now, open the battery cover on the printer.
  • Unpack the battery from the package.
  • Insert the battery into the respective slot.
  • Make sure that the battery is correctly fixed in its place.
  • Close the battery cover.
  • Now, plug the power cord into the printer’s rear and an electrical outlet.
  • Turn on your HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile printer.
  • Lift the top cover and pull the input tray extender of the printer.
  • Adjust the paper width guide to the extreme ends.
  • Now, load a paper stack into the paper tray.
  • Adjust the paper width guide against the stack.
  • Open the ink cartridge door and wait until the carriage stops moving.
  • Take an ink cartridge from the package and discard its protective tapes.
  • Insert the new ink cartridge into the respective slot and close the ink cartridge access door.
  • Now, the printer will print an alignment page.
  • If the printer does not print the alignment page, then go to the printer’s control panel.
  • Select Setup > Printer Maintenance > Align Printer > Continue.
  • Now, the printer will print the alignment page.

Software Setup:

  • If you have the software installation CD that comes with your printer, insert it into the computer’s CD-ROM drive to install the software for your printer.

  • Choose the Printer option.
  • Now, type your printer’s model name below the Enter your product name option and click on the Submit button.
  • Your computer’s operating system will be displayed automatically.
  • If you want to change the operating system, select the Choose different OS option and choose the operating system you prefer.
  • Select the driver and software file below the Driver-Product Installation Software section and click on the Download option.
