HP OFFICEJET PRINTER NOT CONNECTING TO WIFI

HP OfficeJet 4630 SCAN FROM CONTROL PANEL

Firstly, load the original print side up in the ADF or print side down on the scanner glass.

On the printer's control panel, Select Scan and then press OK.

Select the computer you want to scan to and press OK from the printer's display.

Note: If you cannot see your computer on the printer display, ensure that your computer is connected to the printer through a wireless network or USB cable.

HP OfficeJet 4630 SCAN USING SCANNER SOFTWARE (HP SMART APP)

Download the HP Smart app.
On the home screen, click the Scan option.
Click Get Started. A screen will appear with a scanner, import, and camera.
Choose the Scanner option. Place the original document on the printer scanner glass or into the Automatic Document Feeder.
Choose the scan job type, size, color, and resolution settings.
From the lower-right corner of your screen, click Scan.

A scan window opens, change the settings, such as source, presets, page size or scan area, output type, and resolution if required. Click Scan.
By clicking and dragging the blue dots, adjust the boundaries and click Apply.
Choose an option to save, print, share, or fax the scan file.
Change the file name, type, compress settings, and click Save in the current window.
After saving the scan, click OK.

HP OfficeJet 4630 SCAN USING COMPUTER

Before scanning to a computer, ensure you have already installed the HP printer software.

The printer and computer should be connected to the same wireless network.
Load the original print side up into the document feeder or the print side down on the scanner glass.
On your Windows computer, click on the Start menu and select All Apps.
Select your HP OfficeJet 4630 printer from the list.
In the printer software, click Scan a Document or Photo.
Choose the Save as PDF or Save as JPEG option, based on your requirements.
Click Scan.

You don't have a particular feature for PDF. But you can save the scanned copy as a PDF. With the HP Smart application, you can create a PDF of a scanned document.

Click the Scan option on the HP Smart app.
Click Get Started. A screen will appear with a scanner, import, and camera.
Choose the Scanner option. Place the original document on the printer scanner glass or into the ADF.
Choose the scan type, size, color, and resolution settings.
From the bottom-right corner of your screen, click Scan.
By clicking and dragging the blue dots, you can adjust the boundaries. Click Apply.

Repeat the process until all the required pages are scanned.
In the Preview window, click Save.
Change the file name and select file type as Basic PDF.
Click Save.

HP OfficeJet 4630 SCANNING MULTIPLE PAGES

Before starting, ensure you have downloaded the HP Smart app to scan multiple pages.

Click the Scan option on the HP Smart app.
Click Get Started.
On the following screen, choose the Scanner option. Place the original document on the printer scanner glass or into the ADF.
Select the required settings.
Click Scan.
Adjust the boundaries and click Apply.

Click + Add in the preview to scan multiple-page documents to return to the scan window.
Now, load the next page onto the scanner glass or capture it with a camera.
Repeat the process until all your pages are scanned.
In the Preview window, click Save.
Change the file type and click Save.
