  • Firstly, make sure that you have placed the printed alignment page with its print-side facing down on the scanner glass.

  • Clean the printhead if necessary. To do so, go to the Setup screen of your printer. Select Tools > Clean Printhead or Align Printer. Clean the printhead by following the instructions displayed on the screen.

Issue 3: Paper Jam

  • As soon as a paper is jammed, the printer stops performing the current print, scan, or copy job and displays the Paper Jam message on its screen.
